Below you will find the Terms & Conditions for creating an account on our website.

This website is for wholesale supply only

General Account Terms & Conditions

• Your company must be a retailer and have a physical or online store in New Zealand that sells direct to the general public or be a reseller
• We have no MOQ's (Minimum Order Quantities) on products but there is a Minimum Order Value (MOV) of $100 per order
• Once your account is activated you are required to make at least one purchase within a six week period. Accounts that do not make a purchase in the first six weeks will be cancelled.

Payment Terms & Conditions

• Our terms are payment in full within 30 days of date of invoice. 
• Credit checks & limits apply and this option has to be approved first and we will require additional information from your company.
• For companies that do not require or are not approved for payment on account our terms are payment in full before your items are dispatched
• All items remain the property of The Factory Outlet Limited until payment is received in full.
