General Questions
Q. Do you sell products to the general public?
No. we are a wholesale supplier only.
Q. Do you have any minimum order quantities or minimum order value?
We have a minimum order value of $100 and no minimum order quantities on products.
Q. Do you hold stock in NZ?
Yes, we hold a large volume of stock at all times and aim to have all orders completed and sent via courier the same day for orders before 2pm Mon-Friday or the following working day for orders after 2pm.
Q. What are your requirement for me to open an account?
We have minimal requirements and full information can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.
Q. Are you licensed to sell your branded products?
Yes, we are a fully licensed manufacture and supplier for all the products found on this website which include NZ Cricket, Blackcaps, White Ferns, Netball New Zealand & the Silver Ferns logo's and branding.
Hip Flask Questions
Q. What are your hip flask made from?
Our hip flasks are made from 304 Graded solid stainless steel.
Q. Are the design on your hip flask permanent?
Yes, all marking/engraving is produced in-house with our state of the art Fiber laser machines. The stainless steel flasks have a black mark and the coloured flasks have the paint removed to reveal the silver stainless steel below.
Q. Are your hip flask leak tested?
Yes, all flasks are fully tested before going in to stock and all joints are laser welded.
Q. What are your coloured hip flask made from?
All hip flasks are made from solid 304 Grade stainless steel. Coloured flasks have been painted on to the stainless steel.
Cufflink Questions
Q. What are your cufflinks made from?
Our cufflinks are made from solid brass and come with a high quality Silver or Gold plated finish.
Q. Are the designs water proof?
Yes, all the designs on our cufflinks are permanent and will not fade or tarnish when worn in wet or dry conditions.
Q. Do your cufflinks come with boxes?
No, all cufflinks come with free black velvet jewelry bags or you can purchase boxes separately from our gift box section.
